BODEGAS TRADICION

Bodegas Tradicion is among the other cellars of the Appellation of Origin Jerez – Xèrés – Sherry, the only one committed exclusively to the production of the oldest Sherries qualified by the Regulatory Board. All types of Sherry that we produce have been classified by the Guarantee of Origin Regulatory Board as V.O.S. – very old sherry or vinum optimum signatum – a wine which has been aged for more than 20 years, or V.O.R.S.– very old rare sherry vinum optimum rare signatum – a wine which has been aged for more than 30 years.
