For Laurent Favier, owner and winemaker, the terroir is the expression of an alchemy between a climate, a soil, and a development of these potentials by man.

Laurent is the third generation working his rich vineyards of the Cotes du Ventoux with vines from 40 to 80 years old.

Previously, the family was growing Safran, Garance, and wheat. Laurent Favier signs his wines personally as each one of them is the result of a rigorous step either in the vineyard or the cellar.
