DOMAINE DE PANISSE

Jean-Marie Olivier and his wife Christine acquired Domaine de pansies in 1992. The Domaine is now 18 hectares in Cotes du Rhone, and Chateauneuf du Pape.

Domaine de Panisse was formerly the property of the lords of PANSIES, Barons of Montfaucon, among which in about 1498, there was Dominique of Panisse, Master of Hotel of king Louis XII. This old domaine required a tremendous work of restoration, installation and replanting of the terroir.

Since then, Christine and Jean-Marie can draw the best from what nature can offer them.
